Luminar Neo Fall Update - and what it means for the DPM Luminar course

On the 15th Skylum announced what is coming for Luminar Neo this fall. So I want to ensure you have all the information you need about that whether you are a current Luminar user or considering getting it.

Here is a list of the new features and tools:

Who gets it, who has to pay, and how much is it? This is a quick summary:

Lifetime License owners who purchased it after July 1st, 2024, will automatically receive the Upgrade Pass 2024/25.

Existing Subscribers receive all updates at no extra charge.

Existing lifetime license holders (you purchased it before July 1st) can:

Pricing, as usual, is complicated. If you are buying Luminar Neo for the first time you have two choices also:

2. ​Buy a Lifetime License for $139 (means you own THIS version you do NOT get lifetime updates included)

The full release is tentatively slated for mid-October, that is when you can expect to get the update.

What this means for the DPM Luminar Neo course

If you are a current student of Luminar Neo: The Complete Course this is how the update affects you. This means I need to put a hold on making new videos, yet again, and updating the existing lessons.

There are so many changes, especially to the catalog module, that it leaves me no choice. I don't want to make videos that will be outdated in two months.

I was originally told there was a big update coming in August. Well here is the announcement but because the delivery date isn't until October, unfortunately, we have to wait a little bit longer.
