It's time to get wild and WIDE and make some epic panorama images
Hello Reader,
This week Skylum released their latest update for Luminar Neo and their latest extension - Panorama Stitching!
So I thought an article with some tips for how to photograph a panorama would be a great idea to help you get started.
You can follow along even if you don't use Luminar Neo and use the stitching software of your choice. I will give you a few options in the article, including a few that are at no cost.
Read it now (there is also a video tutorial for you on stitching too): Tips for How To Capture and Stitch Epic Panorama Images.
In other news - are you ready for your next photography adventure?
Daniel Korzeniewski and I have some ideas we're working on and would love to hear your feedback. Would you be interested in joining us in Japan for the Sakura season (cherry blossoms)?
I was there in 2019 just as the cherry blossoms were starting to bloom and I can't wait to go back and see the full spectacle.
But Japan isn't just about the Sakura - you'll see and experience SO much more!
Like temples
The bamboo forest and geisha girls and SO MUCH MORE!
We are still working on the itinerary but we want to gauge the level of interest before we proceed. It will be either spring of 2024 or 2025. The cherry trees bloom in late March, early April.
See more of my Japan photos here.
This will not be an inexpensive tour though - Japan is not cheap. But it's so worth the experience. You would get the opportunity to travel with a group and have a local guide to help you.
The total number of days is 14, and the trip cost will be around $8,400 USD per person, double occupancy. As with our other tours, this will be a small group, just ten people with one tour leader and two tour leaders if we get to 12 participants.
By the way, Japan is THE safest place I have ever visited. I never once felt uncomfortable or unsafe there on my own for the 3 weeks I traveled the country.
So please CLICK HERE to fill in this survey and tell us if you are interested.
This could be a trip of a lifetime, are you ready to do this?
Cheers,
